It's live

You get your own link, and a link to forward to the developer. They mark items fixed; you agree each one. The Excel always shows the latest.

Common questions.

What files can I send?

PDF, Excel, CSV, Word or photos of a printed list. Up to 10 files, 20 MB each. If your inspector's report has photos, send the PDF and we'll keep them with the items.

Who sets it up?

A real person at ShareDraw reads your list and puts each item on, room by room. It's done within 2 working days of paying. Weekends and bank holidays don't count.

What does the developer get?

Their own link, included in the £10. We email it to you to forward, or straight to their customer care team if you give us the address. With it they mark each item fixed. They don't need an account.

Who can see my list?

Only someone with the link and the house's postcode. Your link and the developer's link are separate. We don't share your details with anyone else.

What if you can't read my list?

We'll get in touch first. If we can't set it up, we refund the £10 in full.

Is this the same as a snagging inspection?

No. We don't inspect the house. We put the list you already have online, so you and the developer can work through it together.
